Dr. Lorelei and Rev. Ed have shared 50 wonderful years of marriage, raising two sons and cherishing 6 grandkids and one great grandchild. Together they have officiated over 4,000 weddings across Colorado, Nevada, Texas and California.

In 2012, they founded Elope in Austin, where their team has joyfully joined over 1,200 couples who are happy customers. For over a decade, we've helped thousands of couples celebrate their love with affordable elopements and intimate micro weddings.

Dr. Lorelei holds a PhD in Philosophy with a minor in Comparative Religion and is known for her signature Love Story ceremonies, beautifully designed to reflect the unique journey of each couple. She is highly experienced in officiating mixed-faith weddings and thoughtfully incorporates meaningful rituals from diverse spiritual and cultural traditions, creating ceremonies that are both personal and inclusive.

In addition, Dr. Lorelei is an accomplished keynote speaker, cancer survivor, and trusted premarital and marriage counselor, bringing wisdom, compassion, and deep insight to every couple she works with.
